Foppolo

Foppolo is a compact ski village at the head of the magnificent Brembana Valley and is well known for its extensive sunny slopes and reliable snow record. The high level skiing is exhilarating and uncrowded and is served by a recently extended lift system. The resort also offers a busy après-ski programme and easy supervision for groups.

Resort
Foppolo has direct access to 70km of downhill skiing, with 18 individual pistes, served by 8 ski lifts. The resort has three main ski areas of Quarta Baita, Montebello and Valgussera are reached by four-seater high speed lifts, and with the resort itself being above 1500m, skiing or boarding back to the resort is usually possible.

Ski level
Foppolo is a high, well-planned and spacious ski area, good for beginners and marvellous for developing intermediates, with absolutely first-rate progression. The main nursery slope is right in the village, at the foot of the Quarta Baita chair. This lift interlinks with the Montebello chair lift, which opens out onto the ski bowl on the other side of the Monte Valgussera. Here you will find a lovely, long blue run, as well as more challenging blacks and reds. Our inclusive lift pass covers Foppolo, Carona and San Simone.
